Delivery will come on a common carrier freight truck which may require help getting off the truck. They will not help bring it in the house, or assemble anything.

Shipping Policy
Most of our items are considered "special order" due to the huge selection of color choices from our top-rated vendors. Please select and order carefully (measure rooms, hallways, stairwells, etc) You have up to 24 hours to cancel an order, otherwise customer is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have up to 30 days to return the product with a 30% restocking fee plus the shipping cost to return the item to the Cribs to College Bedrooms warehouse in Plainfield, Illinois. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition before refunding the difference.
